This is a perfect description of NP’s problem. He attempts to cram too much information into a small amount of time. The early December online conference was fantastic, but when he attempts to cover all of that in 15 minutes, it gets ugly. He needs to leave out the, “in 2012 we bought this for X and raised $200 million in comparison to the billions of BP, blah blah,” and cut right to what investors want to know: give a thorough run down of the current picture and timeline for HIV and potential revenue, the licensing and Biologics deal, and info on initial cancer patients. That’s how we get new investors.
I will admit that I’m well traveled and have spent years listening to various English accents from Europe, Africa, the Middle East and South America. Therefore, NP’s accent is easy for me to understand but I can understand how it may be a barrier for some, especially when’s he’s talking about complex topics such as HIV, cancer and all of the FDA and financing processes.
