Good Morning All. I am recovering from surgery an

I still have full confidence in Doctor Dalton and Univec Conglomerate. I can tell you that the disappointment some have regarding the Euromed deal is misplaced. Euromed was never a big deal. When the PR was released announcing the merger and indicating Dalton would join the Board of Directors, I contacted Reward Stream and asked for more details. First, Reward Stream is a marketing and software company with no experience in cannabis. They also have some limited exposure to crypto-currency and I thought that was interesting. Euromed in Israel is also not a big deal, but it did have potential.
Euromed Therapeutics in Israel is not a cannabis company, and never has been. I was told last season they did plant a 6.5 acre "starter plot" or garden so they could learn how to grow cannabis because they had never grown it before. They did have one of nine licenses to grow cannabis and that was a plus, but Israel does not have a functional government right now (they are trying to get rid of their Prime Minister just like the Dems are doing in this country, so they currently only have a "caretaker" administration). Why is this important? It is important because Israel never did approve export --- they simply never got around to it because they were so busy trying to take down their country's leader. In fact, Israel will not approve export until domestic demand is first met. This is where the deal I posted regarding Tilray comes in. The state of Israel signed a supply agreement with Tilray allowing Tilray to import their raw cannabis from Portugal to Israel for processing. This supply from Tilray is going directly to research and clinical trials that are expected to result in products early in 2020. That is right now folks. We are in early 2020.
I know you were told stories about Euromed's greenhouse that would supply all our needs. The problem with that story is that the first "modules" of their greenhouse is not scheduled to be operational until the end of March, and they would still need to plant and grow, so add another three or four months if all went well. The full 100,000 square foot greenhouse was not scheduled to be complete until the end of this year if everything went well. Euromed has no processing capability. Euromed "hoped" to add processing, but they do not have it now.
Remember the press release which stated that Euromed would be a game changer? Euromed Therapeutics is a herbal and botanical grower/processor with a distribution network to Europe. It is the herbal and botanical part of Euromed Therapeutics together with their distribution network that held the potential to be a game changer. When cannabis is added to other health supplements that are already known to have health benefits, the resulting medical benefit is enhanced. Let that sink in for a moment, and then re-read some of my recent posts for better understanding. Dalton can still obtain high quality herbal and botanical products from others, and the Tilray cannabis now being imported into Israel is already European approved, because that is where it comes from. This means that once enough cannabis is imported and grown in Israel, export will be granted to all of Europe.
I am still medicated, but I will try to post more as time allows. We are just fine folks, and nothing of much significance has really changed. So enjoy your Sunday and let some of your worries fade away.
