We know/think so far , that Leronlimab is complementary with most cancer treatment ...
We do not have much or any evidence that Leronlimab will work for all cancers. We do have indications that it will work on CCR5+ positive cancers and most likely will work on cancers with CCR5+ cancer surrounding macrophages due to re-polarization effect. I have seen posts indicating that 20-30% of all cancers could be CCR5+. I have not seen any estimates as to how many additional cancers could have CCR5+ cancer surrounding macrophages though. But, I know of at least one example where it is not the case, so it is not 100% of all cancers.
Also, when comparing Leronlimab with "competition" we also need to take this into account. Leronlimab has a bio-marker test that filters out patients that will not respond to a CCR5 blocker, while some of these "competing" products may work on the patients that do not pass the CCR5+ filters.
IIMMOO. Just to cover both parts of my behind.
