..... but if you own a fraction of the entire base

As long as I own GNBT shares and GNBT owns a majority share of NGIO, I am benefiting from all the good of NGIO A N D everything else, be it the MSO business, AltuCell, Olaregen or (sometime in the future) the introduction of Oral-lyn into the market. Now instead of getting 60 extra GNBT shares, GNBT reduces its own share of NGIO and gives me another 40 shares of NGIO, for every 100 shares I own. So all I can hope that we can really find that golden apple within the fraction of the total basket, called NGIO.
I do not want to sound greedy or anything, this dividend is surely worth holding my shares for, but nobody will be able to convince that this is even close to the 1:1 that I was promised to receive in summer.
