Not sure about CM and Veneto filing BK. They just got a lot of money at our expense. Hopefully the SEC and the lawyers are on top of this quickly enough to impact the outcome.
It is all a jumbled mess. Joe should have specific plan of action to share on Tuesday to provide a pathway to get this behind us. I don't need a rehash of Thursday's press release.
