sorry, but I fully disagree and do not see how that is possible.
To me this is the same as if you'd be telling me that the apples in a mixed fruit basket are worth more than the entire basket.
You may be right for the short term, as it may be that NGIO will end up being listed on Nasdaq earlier than GNBT and thus the NGIO pps might at first be higher, but from an ownership percentage point of view, I still think that this new dividend is and always will be a much worse deal than the 1:1 dividend that was originally promised to us. If I had the choice today, I would always take the 1:1 full GNBT dividend over the twice 2:5 deal.
