Well if you sold, sucks to be you. We're in no position to fight the good fight.
I can only hope that veneto looses some of its guaranteed shares, cold mountain will probably pay a fine and have to cover the divided, but now that the ratio has changed, it appears cold mountain will have extra shares, unless they sold into this mess.
The real people with a issue are the ones that purchased with the promise of a one for one return.
