They didn't cash in when the price went over 4 cents. They didn't cash in when the price recently went to 2 cents.
In fact they bought more.
But now that the price is reaching a penny, they are cashing in. Yet somehow the price is going up while they are... selling?
Also no evidence of any of them converting or selling in any significant way.
Board members would have to file to inform the public if they were selling. Next annual report will tell for sure if all of those notes have been converted or if they are still there.
Also, didn't I also read that there's no place to deposit the millions of dollars worth of shares they have accumulated so they are also not selling for that reason?
Seems like conflicting information.
Meanwhile the price continues to go up. Charts look really good. Some say we are due for a breakout.
