maybe todays news will liven the board up. But getting US patents is obviously needed to be able to fend off deep pockets competition here in the States.
Unfortunately, in reading the complete patent paper trail to date, it seems a real uphill struggle given the finding by the patent examiner that the "art" of using ozone/peroxide approach to disinfecting was found to not be novel or new. Hopkins using Bioquell machine for 30 months seems to me at least, to reinforce the patent examiners finding.
Hope my opinion is wrong...would love for other posters to prove I've been out fishing in the hot sun too long.
Seems to me this makes international patents that much more important! After all, it is a great big world full of pathogens (and fish) out there.
