Pump the brakes just a bit folks. Getting $40M in debt financing under reasonable terms pushes everything forward and pretty much ends any concerns about financing. However, the check hasn't cleared yet. We're expecting terms sheets, which is a road we have traveled many times before without getting where we need to be. This time sure feels different, but we still need to get that BLA submitted, and we need more patients now for the cancer indications and the BTD. If we can accomplish this and get the money in our account, the price should skyrocket in the next 90 days.
