OTC Stocks: I've seen so many reverse splits pl
Post# of 27046
I've seen so many reverse splits planned and taking place since the new year I thought I'd voice a small opinion post?
Very hard to take gains when:
-Your favorite registrant ticker is not current with SEC filings and is susceptible to suspension due to delinquent filings. Suspension can happen at any time when any ticker is late with financial filings for at least over a year.
-Your favorite ticker is current with SEC filings. However, the company can issue a filing of a planned RS at any time. Those that follow the rules and pursue RS over and over again get approved by FINRA because they follow the rules. SEC filings that warn investors of a future RS are meant for that purpose.
Seems like a lose/lose situation? Watch for momentum and a ticker with low share structure. Ride the momentum. Take any gain you can! Those are the best to trade.
Some of the most interesting performing tickers are those that have chosen to term their registration under 12(g) of the SEC act of 1934.
