FYI for everyone, how do we know what is meant by in the black ?! StrikeForce's operational cost is approximately $200,000.00 per month. With the three processors being in launch mode, I expect we will be cash flow positive this month with current revenues and the First payment from FirstData and as Mark said it will grow from there month after month as more merchants begin to use the required software ... endpointlock !!! This means that the money in excess of our monthly operations will start to pay off old debt and as Mark said .... "we will be in the Black by August" , that is to say we will be debt free. This is how I understand it. Also, IMO, if DSS and other deals in the works crank up, we will be in the black much sooner.
This is not rocket science, by August ... nearly 8 of the 10 to 12 million merchants will be paying us monthly via ACS. And since we will be in the black, that means we will have 9 to 10 million in the bank when ACS pays us either before OCT 1st or soon there after. As of right now ... StrikeForce is receiving payments from the on going accounts and during the last week of this month we should receive ACS's payment for FirstData. I believe the total amount received this month will exceed the monthly operation need, meaning we are cash flow positive, but not yet in the black as we still have debt to pay off.
