What happened to 4 series A shares that has all the voting rights.
Are these still in Brads hands or did these get transferred to Mick Davis?
All I was able to dig up is the 4/23/2019 new leadership release letter it states
In a final farewell, Mr. Listermann confidently shared, “We have high excitement for the future of the Company
and the combined revenue potential of Paranotek and our joint venture app partners. As a share holder, I
personally have high expectations for Mick and his team. I look forward to watching the Company implement the
new strategy and wish Mick and the team the best of luck."
My interpretation is that Brad still owns the 4 series A voting shares.
Anybody have any clarification on this matter? Thanks FK
