A few people in both Whale Team rooms - telegram and slack - mentioning it periodically - loading then run up.
Remember even just 1M goes a long way when you are only going to be selling 50K / 100K at a time up in the .01 > .05 range later in the year.
Not many people will be allowed to get 1M on the way up to .0020.
