well trade he was right about news even if it was fluff so I'm
sure if this is going to go past JAN Henry will put out a
tweet near end of JAN amending his DEC 20 tweet.
I would put the odds 50/50 we're going to have to go
into FEB b4 we get FILINGS based on what I'm hearing.
LUX FUNDS still a very fluid situation all based on
getting a qualified partner and some other things
lined up.
