Having worked at FirstData, every month there are merchant agreements that expire and need to be renewed by the Merchant in order to continue processing purchases made with Credit and Debit Cards. FirstData started implementation of StrikeForce's software by means of ACS's endpointlock product on November 15th, 2019. As of yesterday, it has been 2 months worth of merchants who have renewed and now we have entered Month 3.
In addition to FirstData, two other very large Processors have also begun to implement the endpointlock product and I'm assuming it will be done in a similar manner, but not having worked for them, we will see how they implement the program. However, for the next 10 months or so, we will continue to see merchants renewing until we have 10 to 12 million merchants using endpointlock and StrikeForce's revenues continuing to grow from this one deal. Other Deals and their implementation are imminent and we will see this laid out for us in Press Releases in the near future.
