After reading about WebSafety's app that is coming out it appears to be focused on parental control of their child's phone. https://www.websafety.com/features/
The patents listed don't appear to be similar to bsafemobile.

IMO it seems that they are pushing their app as the best solution to distracted driving but if you compare it to bsafe their's is lacking many features that we have.
