Yes that's probably true.. In December and beginning of January, not much happens in Mexico, but I am still hopeful we will get an update Before the month is over. I can't get much worse anyway. If that note is clear that is, Any progress will be seen as positive. Not sure it will help much but you never know. This has to bottom some day.
