I have just written the following email to Todd Fa

Hi Todd,
it has again been a while and I admit my last message to you was written when I was very upset and frustrated. It currently is once again a hard time to be a GNBT shareholder. Trust me, I still believe in the long term success of GNBT, as I currently own a six figure number of shares and I am currently giving my share to defend GNBT on the Yahoo message board against all the negative posters.
What I notice a lot when reading messages on various message boards is that there is a lot of confusion and frustration out there about the status of various GNBT activities. Questions like
* when are we going to receive the dividend? Will it actually ever happen?
* when will the NGIO spin off finally be happening? Is it directly going to be listed on Nasdaq, or will it go public on OTC and it is planned to have it uplisted soon thereafter?
* has the AltuCell deal now been closed, or not?
* when is the s-1 going to be approved?
* What will happen once the S1 is approved? Will Joe give away at least half of the company to get his hands on the $40m "investment instrument"? What other funding options exist? What could GNBT achieve without these additional funds?
* Did CMF/Veneto actually sell illegally, what will now happen to them, and how are they going to compensate the company/shareholders for its losses?
* how far away are we from getting GNBT uplisted? What is still missing besides the obvious issue of pps? What, from your perspective will have the potential to drive the pps back to the required level of > $2?
*...
So here is my suggestion. In the past you have published a PR with a summary of all the stuff that has been accomplished, is going on and is planned for the near future. Would it be possible to create and release such a PR again an eliminate a lot of question marks about what is going on within the company and give an outlook of what the management team has in the pipeline for near future?
Important is that time lines are communicated in a way that they are very conservative and thus reliable, because all these predictions of something getting done until e.g. the end of the week and then not delivering on time and not even explaining what happened, is causing a significant part of the frustration and confusion and in turn is part of the reason why the pps is where it is right now.
Looking forward hearing back from you and most importantly publicly with answers to the questions that I asked above.
