Psea - no issue buying or selling , I am in TDA with CYDY for over 4 years , but cant transfer CYDY into TDA for now ...
Personal experience as of few days ago...
BTW , couple of years ago I wanted to give a gift to someone of 2000 CYDY shares , I send proper papers to TDA , and at this time they also told me that they don't transfer out shares of CYDY , so this is nothing new , and no change was made recently .
