LOL, it's really the only thing left that the naysayers have left to hang onto. Since when do development costs and accumulated losses have anything to do with future price appreciation. Actually, now that I think of it, those losses will help to shelter millions of dollars of future profits from the massive cash flows that are being generated daily now. Everyone who understands tax loss carry forward loves a bit of sheltered income for some time.
