Fidelity restricted department. Just off the phone

Fidelity restricted department. Just off the phone with Tom Fields and it’s a total nightmare! I have shares purchased through Paulson and directly from Cytodyn. Some of the Cytodyn shares are warrant conversions. All are registered direct and are unrestricted. Tom told me that I must prove to them that my shares are unrestricted even though I provided my purchase agreements stating that there are no restrictions on the sale of the stock. And as far as shares that I purchased on the open market, I must now come up with trade confirmations to prove that all of them are unrestricted. Most of that stock was purchased through Fidelity so they should already know the status of that stock. I am at the end of my rope with them will never do business with them again.
