I get it and totally understand but maybe he can't

I get it and totally understand but maybe he can't because his attorneys told him not to talk due to other deals or for whatever reason? He has gotten awards and speaks at conferences, he would lose tons of credibility if this doesn't go through to some extent. Just saying. Im just trying to find a silver lining.
