I have to disagree, Winger. I think Joe is as sick of dealing with these divs as we are of waiting for them. The divs have not fulfilled their role of keeping the SP up thru deals, S-1, etc., so I think this is thankfully the end of the div road.
Hopefully Joe is focused on the NGIO spin so we can get some assets, move up the price, and get on with business...
