I’ve been having a lot of problems with Fidelity

I’ve been having a lot of problems with Fidelity lately in that they will not let me trade CYDY anymore. They locked my account down and told me I had to transfer my shares elsewhere if I wanted to trade them. I’ve been accumulating this stock for over 5 years and about half of my holdings were purchase in the open market. The problem started when I transferred some registered direct shares into my account. Anyone else having a problem with them?
