Let me ask the group another Q: The way I see i

The way I see it, based on how the stock has been behaving, we need the NGIO spin to get GNBT to the Naz in the short term:
1) Joe has stated he doesn't want massive dilution of shares, even via the GNBT S-1. At anywhere near current SP, there would be massive dilution with a $40-70 MM S-1 pricing. Even at $1, that would be 40-70 MM shares, well beyond the quantity Joe said he didn't want to have to "slog thru" or whatever term it was on the call.
2) Excellagen has not proven so far to be spinning up sales, despite the "commission-based sales force". There has so far been no hint of any of the $10MM marketing rights deals.
3) All of the other current assets are waiting for the S-1 $ to start to ramp up, test, hire, etc.
4) If the AltuCell deal goes thru, they will certainly need both significant time and money to get into a sales mode.
With current resources, other than a successful NGIO spin, does anyone see a driver that would get the SP up high enough to either warrant a Naz listing or get us a non-super-dilutive S-1 (which would in turn propel the Naz listing) in the next 12 months?
