At what point does one come to the conclusion that Joe is a salesman and is selling a vision, but reality is showing that he is padding the truth, so many missed time-lines, calculations and statements that seem at best wishful. I have no doubt that the spin out will be delayed and will be listed on the otc. Joe said he wouldn't be looking for long term financing until we got up listed, I feel like the wheels have fallen off the wagon. Now Joe only stops by our board to insult members, I guess maybe I'm just having a bad day.
