Long journey, he said to get to the starting line? That was 5 years ago. They were founded in 2006 so it took them 8 years to get to the starting line.
The stock offering valued HubSpot at $759 million (a figure that rises to $909 million when options and restricted stock are included).
On IPO day, HUBS opened at $32.95 had a low of $25.79, high of $36.00 and closed at $35.63
That put it's valuation well over $1B
Keep in mind $1B+ and they were still at the starting line
Fast forward 5 years and now they have a market cap of $7.5B
