The concern shouldn't be the timing of the delay or even the multiple delays. The question is why is FNRA having so many questions about the company giving share dividends? Wonder what kinds of information they are requesting. Considering the audits, annual report having been recently done and the S-1 having been sent to the SEC, one would think Generex's ducks are lined up.
