This could very well be the case as we came off the intra-day high. The 2.4 million volume IMO is a bit low for this confirming news, but its just the first day. Would be great to see the up volume pick up validates the news has gotten into the marketplace to not just existing but new investors.
Those that sold for a tax loss may be looking to get back in but are under that 30 day rule restriction to buy back.

My guess is we should soon see the websites for rockethigh and California come back on-line once the product is at the select accounts in Mexico to then be able to fulfill, then perfect timing for a Univision News spot telling the CBD Life - RMHB story for that international exposure!
