as I've said before there is nothing wrong w listing on the otcqx- which has high standards for company information and houses many foreign blue chips unwilling to comply w all the big board rules (and thus has many companies under one dollar pps etc) or dont want to pay the 185k/year required to list on the big usa boards
sec reporting is required for otcqx (min bid price of either 10c or 25c,depending on whether other requirements are met) and otcqb (min 1c bid and 10k/year effective listing/reporting fee called a "surcharge".
whereas the otc pink has no min bid and various levels of reporting fees ranging from zero to currently $4200/yr,depending on the particular pink classification,and most pinks below the pink 'current' level are not sec reporting,whereas many pink current stocks are sec reporting but either cant meet the otcqb 1c bid or dont want to pay the otcqb yearly 10k 'surcharge'.
