We don't have a circular firing squad here yet, but honest differences of opinion are well-warranted. To me it seems that DD could have been conducted more deliberately. So many deals came at us so quickly, it was hard to keep up. It seemed to me that things happened so quickly, that it was hard for Generex to assimilate them organically. My preference would have been for a smaller, better targeted company, but MMPJoe has big aspirations. It it too early to develop long term views during this relatively short time period.

However, was there a reason(s) for moving so quickly?

Did Generex overpay for some of the deals?

Was there some timeline that had to be met that caused mgmt. to rush?

Did mgmt. have too much trust in people they thought they knew?

Are there just too many irons in the fire?

What's the deal with Altucell?

I will definitely be glad when all the goodies are handed out. Maybe I'm putting too much trust in NGIO, but I still see AE37 as the potential flagship of the company. However, I also see the diabetes franchise as a close second, if Generex can pull it together. Let's get all the dividends out so that mgmt. can focus on the rest of the business plan. Who knows? We may be pleasantly surprised.

Wouldn't it make sense to get some sense of how the various initiatives are prioritized? How does mgmt. feel regarding the entire company? Is there dead wood that needs to be discarded, or are they in love with all its elements.

Wouldn't it be a good idea to outline all the potential initiatives in the next CC and obtain as thorough an update as possible for each?

The most important steps haven't changed since the Ol' Gennie days:

NASDAQ uplisting
Non-toxic funding
Execution of the business plan (I would like to see this fine-tuned.)

If we could get better insight into these elements of the company, decision making would be more precise for shareholders, IMO.

All that being said, I still have full confidence that MMPJoe is working as diligently as possible to get this turned around. There is much that he knows that we don't. It's our job to pull it out of him during the CC's. That what he has asked and that's what we should do.
