"metastatic cancer has been tackled". Umm..not quite yet. Hopefully we'll get there, but we only have some results from 2 patients thus far. Your team didn't win the World Series just because they won the first game of the season. Always thinking positive, but thinking with realistic expectations and not blindly pumping is the way to go.
