By looking at the chart provided, our limited International partners feed funds into the PHILIX Global fund which then feeds into the diamond exchange down to our local partners/subsidiaries. At that point our local subsidiaries are entitled to 85% of the diamond exchange and the Vietnam government 15%. 1) Even if it is just the diamond exchange which Henry has expressed as our top priority once the fund is activated, why would the Vietnam government not steer us towards reliable partners? 2) Does a chart exist for the other multiple sub-funds that are involved in the fund (aka, do they have any funding at all as of yet). I totally believe any diamond exchange that is successfully initiated will be well worth the investment, but these questions still remain. GO PHIL!!!!
