KYCATS I like your reasoning for #1 scenario because we know Henry was texting and sending out emails in the days leading
up to DEC 13 when PHIL did in fact have a LUX FUND activation
date and then it all got screwed up and fell apart with the Local Partner just a couple days before DEC 13...
I'm sure Henry learnt a lesson from that not to say to much
this next time around and make sure
EVERYTHING is good to go and Local Partner is
100% committed and signed off on everything before
he says anything too revealing.
The key thing right now is we know he went back to
Luxembourg a second time and came back so he wouldn't
have done that unless he believes he has a New Local Partner
lining up to qualify for LUX FUNDS.
So we just have to wait it out and hope Henry has learnt
from past mistakes and gets it RIGHT this time.
