Uncertainty: Extreme
I remember seeing the first Star Wars movie
Star Wars Episode IV - A New Hope 1977
I remember this scene
One of my favorites
Good vs. Evil
Age old story
Like this scene too
When I see it, I'm thinking...
Wouldn't it be easier to strike the ignore button with a finger?
I do use the ignore
OK, cue the music
Let's get to some DD, shall we

Can you see where this is heading yet?
Not yet?
OK, I'll hangout some more
Do you know how Hubspot and Salesforce grow?
Ahhhh, acquisitions?
Yup, the CRM market is growing
But there are a number of large CRM companies like themselves gobbling up that $40B 'apple' pie
Now how would they grow faster than the CRM market?
Write another 1000 lines of code?
Wrong!
Steal customers from others?
Yeah, but what if they wanted to grow even faster?
Ahhhh, acquisitions?
That's part of it
What kinds of acquisitions?
New products they don't have?
Bingo!
New verticals they aren't in?
Double Bingo!
New markets?
Triple Bingo!!!
Here's a little 'secret'
Unlike other SaaS companies, VERB's revenue model per customer doesn't stay flat.
It grows as companies add more users
Keep in mind when VERB signs up a company that is starting a new business, they don't have 100,000 users to begin with, but they do have to pay the minimum fees we've seen posted before which is a good chunk of change
Keep in mind when VERB signs up an established customer, they may have no app or need to transition from an existing one. It's not like on day one, there will be 10K or 100K users
But in both of these examples they will come and SaaS can grow like crazy when you have seeded some foundation customers.
Grow like crazy when you have multiple revenue products for the same customer
It grows as users send more samples
It grows as companies add additional countries
It grows as companies add additional products
OK, where was I?
Oh, that's right
Salesforce, Hubspot and other CRM companies are all going after a $40B US CRM market
That's nice
But VERB is also going after a $200B Global Direct Sales market
A lot of these other CRM companies don't have a product to compete with VERB
Which number is bigger $40B or $200B?
Which market would be better for VERB?
Her's the kicker, they have products for both!
Now remember,
Salesforce, Hubspot and others want to GROW
They got money to spend too
VERB now is a complete package
Unique products that can't be 'duplicated'
Soon to be a million users
A lot of happy users
A lot of enterprise customers
I believe VERB has not only the largest customer base in direct sales, but more of the biggest ones than anyone else
Now buckle up
VERB is rating higher than Hubspot overall and in almost every category
How can that be?
VERB vs. Hubspot

Verb: 7/10
Hubspot: 5/10

Hubspot: 5/10
Dang, wouldn't VERB be a nice acquisition for Hubspot this year or next?
Oh, but what about that one area VERB is lower?
Oh you mean risk?
There are a couple of factors that play into that
One is, most every company that uplisted to the NASDAQ have a higher risk rating. Pretty par for the course as the standard is based on the S&P and large established companies like Microsoft, Salesforce, etc.
I actually spent time doing DD looking up the companies that uplisted this year
The second part that is explained in the report is price movement. If the stock recently went up or down over many months or days, it's flagged as being more risky. Says so right in the report
Here's the kicker. VERB has doubled in sp over the last 3 months
Is that as risky as a company that lost value recently
You decide. Savings bonds and bank CD are less risky and would score a 10. Maybe something to should consider if one is risk adverse.
No need to post 50 times if you are though asking someone to explain a report you can't afford nor read but trying to explain it to their stormtroopers
For those that never watched any of the Movies, Stormtroopers are elite shock troops fanatically loyal to the Empire and impossible to sway from the Imperial cause. That's what wikipedia says anyway
The ones I've seen just say the same stuff over and over again, but susceptible to redi mind tricks
The Force Awakens
You are not Alone
May the VERB be with you!
