Yes, I would like to see CTC levels also, but at the time getting the IND approved to include CCR5 around the tumor may have been more important than getting it 100% perfect......especially given this is NP MiL (personal connection) and time is very valuable at this late stage of cancer.
Now that they have proven it works in these emergency patients via measured imagery (which has been the proven standard much longer than CTC), based on the shared email exchange from NP, it seems likely they will get CTC results added to this emergency IND at some point in the near future.
To me the most important thing is both patients have responded great to leronlimab......everything else will work out. Cancer results like this will be HUGE for CYDY!
