Here's the five Vanguard funds that hold $VERB
I think Vanguard qualifies as a tier 1
You can go directly to their website and look up each fund
They list all the stocks each hold
I'd suggest waiting until all the 13F come in which will save you a lot of work
Keep in mind it's easier if you know the 5 funds
