I'm extremely certain I know what the uncertainty rating is at Morningstar
Because I actually read the report
It actually says how to read the report, guess where?
In the report
If one never read a financial report, I understand the confusion
The rating isn't on the company
It's on the Quantitative Fair Value
Companies that have closing price close to the Morningstar fair value are marked "low" when it's within 10%
The ratings change as the percentage increases
The difference between VERB's close price and Morningstar fair is very great.
This the extreme rating
It's that simple
To portray it as a bad thing is misleading investors
BTW
Reuters says the risk level of VERB is exactly the same as Slack and many other tech companies
Imagine that? Exactly the same as a $6.5B company
Investing in the stock market is risky
Here's what's not the same, all their other scores are lower
Even Slacks insider trading score is the worst you can have where VERB's in the best possible score.
Insiders buying $VERB - Good
Insiders selling Slack - Bad
Morningstar and Reuters are about as unbiased view as you can get
Always good to get objective DD from trusted sources like these billion dollar financial service organization
