Correction to Nasdaq listing rules - The easies
Post# of 148286
The easiest way to get listed is on Nasdaq Capital Markets. Using the closing price alternative - Minimum share price is $2.00, must have net tangible assets of $2 million and must have a minimum average daily trading volume of 2,000 shares over the previous 30 days.
I had previously stated 90 days at the $2.00 price must be maintained this was incorrect. That is only if trying to list under the $3.00 bid price alternative. There is no time constraint for a $2 listing.
So when we cross over $2 and our current stock of leronlimab can be listed as a net tangible asset we can apply for listing.
