We worked hard over the usual, Hanukkah , Christmas and New Year holidays! The deals were and ARE so compliance and regulatory agencies driven, that we had to make sure that we are "on the right track!"... and We are. We closed a major MJ development!"

"SHAREHOLDERS GREETINGS AND UPDATES!!!!!

Happy and Prosperous New Year Everyone!

Yes, in a "better late than NEVER!" category, the management is excited, and happy to welcome this new year...2020 with several great developments!

First of all, let me thank those of you who are actually of sound business mind, and can see the difference and understand the business and "deal transactions" as they stand and face challenges from ALL angels. We have negotiated and battled major obstacles in order to further the plan and managements dream for growing this company.

The main achievement, is that we secured 20 acres, out of contracted 200 acres, in Oklahoma, that will accompany a full MJ licencing for growth, and development. And we have the rights to expand, and occupy all of the remaining 200 acres.

"Oh but wait!!!" If we can grow, develop and manufacture the MJ products, who can we use to distribute and sell it????

OMG! If only we had a company that had invested in dispensary and were focused on the sales and distribution???

But wait!!! We do. We have our other investment, SUTI Inc, handle that, after all that's what we invested and had it designed to do!!!

This is just the beginning for the 2020 development.

We just got back to the office and will post a more detailed and complete PR, we just had to release SOME updates because none of us anticipated that all these details and issues would take this long to cover and complete!

OK, so. Thank you for all the support. We will have a marketing campaign starting next week to let EVERYONE know the developments, but in the meantime, we , the management, just wanted to make sure that our investors and shareholders didn't "feel " abandoned, and realized that we worked long and hard to this point in order to get these deals done."

SHAREHOLDERS UPDATES:

What a great start of the year! We now have a full disclosure and PR "green light" for next week, we are thinking Thursday/Friday. Also, we are getting our digital coin clearance identified, so we feel that we just may get a great jump start at the beginning of the year. Also, we once again, will re apply for the MJVC name and ticker change with FINRA, not that anything will slow down our progress, its just that the new name feels right and more appropriate for our genre. I'm getting may emails from shareholders who are excited by MJ markets and states expanding, Chicago/Illinois being the most recent one...Life is good! Have a Happy and prosperous New Year!"
