All this talk of Morningstar got me thinking
Morningstar says fair value of VERB is $4.14 right now.

In the present as of Friday evening
They didn't say what fair value of VERBW is
Think about this
Warrant strike price is $3.43
Fair value of $4.14 - $3.43 strike price would give an intrinsic value of .71
But warrants are currently selling for $0.4577
They could go up another $0.25 just to reach fair value of VERB - Strike price
Right now with a fair value of VERB at $4.14, that would already make those that bought warrants at $.45 or less, already $.25 in the money once the sp hits fair value. Yes, that is AFTER the sp reaches $4.14 before you are "in the money"
That isn't even factoring in the time value of the warrants
Do you own DD. Not recommending you should buy or sell VERB or warrants. The latter is more complex but won't matter as much once VERBW goes over the strike price. Then valuation becomes easier.
