Besides the price, they need independent board members among items. Cash is the biggest issue, if they did a hiv license for Europe and got a big upfront payment or cash from Nash license, then it wouldn’t be an issue. Not sure if the large number of outstanding warrants might be an issue, nasdaq still votes even if requirements are met I believe.
