SEC fillings have started coming in. Custodian has already told SEC in an 8-K they will be go back to fully SEC reporting, and re-register, cancelling the 15-12G filling from ages ago.
Market cap of the float still under $800,000 and NVS has a market cap of 300 Billion dollars
