My posts tend to disappear on the other side, reposting here.
Correct EvilRbt (and only if he is planning to sell). NP always say what is going on, and what he thinks. In a way, that good listeners should pick up. We have seen an instance by Fortuno.
Many months ago, he kept repeating one thing in many different ways, which was implicitly comparing Cytodyn with Gilead.
Clearly, he was all the time, thinking of possiblity of passing MC of Gilead. He's ambitious, and if he wasn't thinking that it was achievable, he wouldn't say it. That thirst doesn't just go away. It's just in the background.
On the pricing, also, we will soon have a Billion dollar deal with a BP on NASH, with $100M upfront. NP is ON and OFF saying this for the past 2.5 to 3 months. He kept using the same numbers, and mentioned he will not go for less. So, there is an interested party, and he is shoving the price tag. Once done, that alone should give us an extra ~$1 price per share, IMO. With Cancer and other stuff going on I'm expecting to have $3ish by end of March, 2020.
