I never made a College or Pro ball game but If I wanted to I would go unless the team I was rooting for had a large percent of ball player being negative or disrespectful for my flag/Country.
Did you just see the post over at "The Bridge" thread about USA Today? who in hell owns these corporations I would like to know? That is so F'ed up to not be thankful. It would take me 6 seconds just to pull it then I must pull the slide and go.
The problem comes in if he misses his point and strikes a different person, or ricochets or the bullet makes it outside and hits a kid or someone driving by it becomes a different ballgame. Has nothing to do with saving lives. He would be charged with manslaughter and automatically be jailed. Let's say he did what he did but the bullet went straight through the dude and killed another person. Again do not pass go as you are going to jail. At a mall you shoot and miss the dude same thing do not pass go as you are going to jail. The responsibility of pulling a weapon even in self defense has to be taken into deep consideration. A threat to me is when some one strikes me not a push not name call etc.
That dude risked EVERYTHING to pull and USA Today is sincerely a disgrace. Yes he saved the day but depending upon what State he pulled in have pretty decent federal laws now days but the problem come in with the state laws the lost wages if a family is affected. It just doesn't end on the Federal level is generally better than Federal plus the federal prisons are much nicer.
Now the shooter must deal with all the mental issues for a long, long time....actually forever!
