You'll recall the McAfee PR mentioned the USCG. What this incident tells me is that their defensive software (including anti-keylogger) had yet to be installed at the Coast Guard location that was successfully cyber attacked. The incident will now serve as motivation for Coast Guard Cyber Security to do so ASAP IMHO.
