Here is what is going on with IPIX:
Dr. B was brought on in 2016 when (then CTIX) was a company focused on indications that were Dermatology driven (B for ABSSSI, Prurisol). Kevetrin was still many years away and still is. Dr. B was provided a great salary with incentives based on his prior connections and experience. He was brought in to get these indications to market internally or through licensing.
What Happened:
The focus for B changed from ABSSSI to Oral Mucositis
Now comes the negative effects of this direction change-
* ABSSSI is too costly
* Focus changes to B-OM, Prurisol, K on the back burner
* Galera investors see the competition and create a campaign to destroy IPIX - We see this everyday still
* Prurisol isn't effective enough
* Prior term sheet is not accomplished due to large Pharma change in management and direction
* Costly medical officers that aren't helping create partnerships and no longer actively working on the indications (Menon, Dr.
* Aspire funding dilutes heavily
* Office space no longer needed
* Price per share decreases dramatically (although it was elevated unnaturally)
The Good Stuff:
* Management knows what they are up against
* Patents
* Science
* Assets progress consistently
* B has shown to work for other indications and those indications are lucrative
* There was a term sheet for B-OM (this is a big step although it didn't come to fruition)
* Subsidiary formed
* B-OM ready for phase 3
* Alpha Sigma puts skin in the game and issues first right of negotiations on B for IBD, not including B-OM as some may try and say)
* BDD may show delivery for other lucrative IBD indications on B
* Not much debt
* Most likely subleased office space
* Cleared unnecessary salary
* Effectively created a holding company
* Has industry vet, Locus Walk, to negotiate terms of B-OM and possibly B for all IBD indications if it's not already decided with AS (possibility).
* Enters 2020 with very little cost, plenty of financing needed through MFO and very little likely-hood of bankruptcy in foreseeable future
B-OM, as is, happens to be a lucrative indication by itself
B-IBD may be a lot bigger
K could be doing things on the back end
There wasn't a need to keep Dr. B on any longer. I feel he was told that his duties would be relieved by years end on mutual terms and Leo had the investor meeting close to Dr. B's residence because they both knew he would be leaving before the year ended and Leo made things more accommodating.
Don't feel sorry for Dr. B, he made very good money for the time he spent here and he has a lot of shares that can make him very wealthy. We appreciate Dr. B for helping us get to this spot and probably brought great knowledge for Leo to lean on.
NOW:
Either Locust Walk signs a B-OM deal or trials show BDD capsules effective which will create significant value upside to the whole B indication. I feel Alpha Sigma may already have something with Leo in place if everything shows what they think it will show regarding B for IBD.
Dilution will not be significant yet the asset valuation may explode.
IPIX is now effectively an international holding company with little debt, low expenses with a rainbow on the horizon that may have a very large pot of gold at the end of it.
What we all now know is that 2020 is make or break year. Some of us have been here a long time. We have all waited and that wait will come to an end soon.
You either lose your investment completely - not likely because there isn't much of a chance of bankruptcy and someone would buy the assets to get our cost averages back
OR
You become very rich from blanking out the bullsh*t and accumulating responsibly.
This is not a life style scam for Leo, its a life style scam for the dopes flooding the other board. I know these idiots and there lifestyle is created by trying to swindle retail investors.
**All we need is one deal with significant upfront terms and everything changes**

I feel great about my odds here and if it doesn't work out, I keep trucking as I do each day. Do you like your life? It won't change much if IPIX doesn't explode, but what if it does?
