Ya well it all sounds good..I am in a ticker that was shut down in 2006....huge scam...still have my certificates....SEC..and Dept justice involved....we never saw one penny of the funds that were recovered....
So I'm not optimistic...in principal it sounds good..in practice...it never happens.
