When insiders are ONLY interested in discounts, it speaks volumes and shows a huge lack of confidence.
By contrast, Cassava Sciences is up over 3 bucks today. It's been on a tear. Over the last few weeks insiders have bought 100's of thousands of shares in the open market and the stock has run up from around $2 to over $10.

Insiders, especially BOD members, should lead by example.
